Here is my inspiration piece, using Deckchair and Let's Party Freebie:

Image was colored with Prisma Coloring Pencils. The beach scene was created with Distress Ink Pads:
Sky - Tumble Glass
Sea - Tumble Glass, Fadded Jeans and Iced Spruce
Sand - Tattered Rose, Antique Linen and Peeled Paint
For the grass I used Distress Ink Marker - Forest Moss.
Used Signo Gel Pen for the sea foam.
