New challenge at Paper Creations Ink!

Good Morning Everyone!

Welcome to Challenge #15 at Paper Creations Ink:

"Something Old / Something New"!

Since this is our last challenge for 2011, we decided to make it an easy one! You are probably wondering how "Something Old / Something New" could be easy... Well it is ALL in how you interpret it! We were thinking that you could make it what you wanted or needed, such as wedding, anniversary projects, or as a reflection on the passing year and a new outlook for the coming year, or maybe dig out those old tools, notes on older techniques and give them a try with something new! Just a quick reminder, you are only limited by your imagination! You can use any image for this challenge! We would LOVE to see all types of creations, whether it is a Card, Scrapbook Page, Fat Page, Tag, ATC (Artist Trading Card), Box, Bag, 3D ~ Altered Art, or Other Crafting Projects that has some form of paper on it!

I recently began using digi paper and am in love with it. For this project our sponsor provided two sets: Loveblooms and Winter sets.

If you look closely to the wings you’ll notice that they have some dimension, I printed three images and carefully cut out the wings and then attached those to the main image. Used some Glimmer Mist over the wings for the shimmer.
The image was distressed with Ranger DI and some of the details were colored using alcohol ink.

Our Sponsor for this challenge is Floppy Latte Designs. Jessica the owner/artist of Floppy Latte Designs has so graciously offered a $10.00 Gift Certificate for her online store.

Our MONTHLY sponsor is Crop Stop! We are so excited to share with you the wonderful prize that Crop Stop has offered to ONE lucky winner, a $30.00 gift certificate to their online store! How cool is that? In order to be eligible for this wonderful prize, you must enter BOTH December Challenges to win! (We wanted to extend a HUGE "THANK YOU" to Haylie-Jo owner of Crop Stop!)
