Sweet Baby Card

Loved this sweet image from A Day for Daisies called Elephant in Love - Angel and used it to make a cute baby card
Created the sky background with watercolors and Distress Ink, Image was paper pieced and the swirls were hand pierced.

I'm Your Queen!

It's time for a new challenge at The Stamping Boutique:
Paper Piecing...
If you don't know what paper piecing is, just hop over The Crafter's Cafe, where Abby, one of the Design Team Members for the Kids Challenge made a great tutorial.

This time I made an ATC. They are so much fun to make!
Here is my third inspiration piece for the challenge:
Image: Alice in Wonderland Queen of Hearts

Used Distress ink around the border. Used the Ippity stamp set Bloom and Simplify.
Also added some heart shaped pearls!

Sketch Time for GHWI Challenge # 9

Hi everyone!
Today I will share a project made as inspiration for GHWI Challenge #9 with a sketch.
We want to see anything you can dream of to create, but please, follow the sketch below. You can flip it anyway, but we have to be able to see the sketch.The prize is an {ippity} set of your choice from the {ippity} Sales Blog.
If you use an {ippity} or Unity stamp, you name is in the drawing twice.
This challenge ends November 19th, so you still have time to join us.

The stamp set is called Music of My Heart and you can find it on the {ippity} Sales Blog.
The sketch:
I went with a vintage look for this card.
Used Ranger's Distress Ink (Vintage Photo) to age the paper.
The bird was heat embossed, then paper pieced to add dimension.

Challenge #6: “Buttons or Bows or Bling, Oh My!” at Get Hippity with {Ippity} Challenge Blog

Hi everyone!
As you can guess this is my first post for the Get Hippity with {Ippity} Challenge Blog... Woohoo!!!
Today I will share a project made as inspiration for Challenge #6: “Buttons or Bows or Bling, Oh My!”
You can use one button, one bow, one bling, or you could use two buttons, two bows, or two bling, or what about just one only of the button, bow, or bling. You can use all three or just one or two.
The prize is an {ippity} set of your choice from the {ippity} Sales Blog.
If you use an {ippity} or Unity stamp, you name is in the drawing twice.
My project is a collection of four ATC's using the colors of Fall:

Used the following techniques for the background: credit card painting technique and heat embossing.
For the decorative pieces: pumpkins and leaves, I used the paper
 piecing technique.
