This is the flag of Puerto Rico:
The sentiment is from the Ippity stamp set: Just Wanted To Say. Used some distress ink (Old Paper), to add some add a vintage feel. the cute border was made with EK Success edger punch (Arrow Border)

I never realized that Puerto Rico has it's own flag, which I really LOVE! I guess I still think of you as part part of the US!! :)
